About the School
Okinawa Christian School was established in 1957 to provide Christ-centered education for the children of evangelical missionaries. OCSI currently serves over 570 students in our K-12 program.
Our classes are taught in English, and we use an American-style curriculum that addresses the whole person, is Biblically based, recognizes all truth is God’s truth, emphasizes sharing the Gospel and discipleship, and encourages Biblical thinking and living.

Starting Salary Range
Modest salary and full benefits to include health insurance, pension, and a commuting allowance.
Accommodation
Apartments may be available at a subsidized rate for employees for their first year. They boast an amazing ocean view and we have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments available.
Flights/Transport
Flights for the employee and up to one dependent are covered by the school. A relocation allowance may be available for applicants hired from outside Okinawa.
Dependent Opportunities
Full tuition benefit available for up to two dependent children.
Medical
All employees are enrolled in the Shigaku Kyousai health insurance and pension program.
