Mr Adams is an experienced financial advisory professional specialising in restructuring, governance, risk and transactional matters. His experience spans many industries and geographical jurisdictions including the technology sector.
Managing Director of Schrole Group. Over 30 years’ experience as a teacher and principal. Operated an international school recruitment company prior to developing the Connect and Cover applications upon which Schrole was formed.
Dr Brokvam is currently the Principal of the International School of Western Australia and has over 20 years experience in international schools. Most recently she was the Director of the American School of Antananarivo in Madagascar.
Mr Perkins has been in executive and management roles in the IT Industry for over 30 years. Most recently his roles include successful start-up exits with NearMap (ASX:NEA) and Spookfish (ASX: SFI). SFI was acquired by US-based Eagleview Technologies in 2018 with a valuation of AU$122m.
Mr O’Brien has over 20 year’s experience at executive and director level, including ten years as CEO Aspermont Limited (ASX:ASP), where he developed a digitally led global resources media business, Mr O’Brien has also worked in financial services and tier one management consultancy.
