The Bahrain Bayan School is an independent, non-profit institution, which functions under Bahrain government law and is licensed by the Bahrain Ministry of Education. The school offersthe International Baccalaureate college preparatory program and is accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges. It is administered by the Director General, governed by a Board of Trustees and operated by dedicated faculty and staff. The school is also a member of the Near East/South Asia Association of International Schools.
The school was established in 1982 by parents in response to their perceived need for a bilingual, national school. The school offers an unique international teaching experience offering great cross-cultural knowledge and educational incentives and seeks to recruit individuals who are passionate in the field of education.
