We had the pleasure of chatting with Arushi Sharma, a dynamic and effective international educator. Arushi successfully applied for the position of Secondary Teacher- Language and Literature, TOK, IGCSE at Beacon Academy, Indonesia.
Arushi was kind enough to share insights into her career, what attracted her to her new position, and her experience using the Schrole platform.

Arushi began her career in education as an TGT English Teacher at Kothari International School, Noida, India in 2018, before taking on the position of Senior School English Teacher at Step by Step School, also located in Noida, India in 2019.
In 2021, Arushi landed her first teaching job in international education, Secondary Teacher- World Literature at Mahindra International School.
