Attendance to our In-Person Recruitment and Networking Conference is completely free for Schrole Connect Plus schools. This is in addition to:
access to our entire database of 200,000 international teachers;
zero placement fees and unlimited vacancy listings;
our applicant smart-rank algorithm; and
our advanced applicant tracking system, which has been designed specifically for the needs of international schools.
School numbers are capped and strictly on a first come first served basis. Please note that this event is open to Schrole member Schools with an eligible subscription. Frequently asked questions
When do schools gain access to the event?
Access to the event begins at 3pm on Friday, October 18. This will allow you plenty of time to set up your table, including banners and any other swag you’d like to bring to help your school stand out.
Do you offer discounted hotel stays?
Yes! Discounted hotel rooms are available Swissotel and SC Park Hotel (Promo Code: Schrole). Please note the special room rate is available for October 18th; 19th; 20th only. If you’re intending to stay longer, we recommend contacting the hotel directly, so you can take advantage of the discount for those nights.
Is a booking room at the Swissotel or SC ParkHotel mandatory?
Absolutely not! While staying at the Swissotel or SC Park Hotel gives you access to exclusive rates, you’re of course welcome to stay anywhere you’d like. There are plenty of accommodation options in Bangkok to suit all budgets.
How many people can we register for the event?
While you can register as many representatives as you’d like, we recommend two per school. Our event layout allows for two recruiters and two interviewees per school booth. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee interview space for three or more representatives.
Are meals included?
On Friday, we’re putting on canapes and drinks for recruiters from 4pm onwards. Complimentary lunch on Saturday is being provided from 12pm, with dinner and drinks beginning at 5pm. We recommend organising your own breakfast on Sunday before the event kicks off.
How do I set up interviews with candidates?
There is no physical mailbox for candidates. Instead, you’ll be scheduling interviews quickly and easily through the Schrole Connect platform.
Do you have suggestions/advice on getting ready for the event?
Be on the Schrole Connect platform as much as possible leading up to the event! This will allow you to:
Custom search for candidates attending the event in our database and invite them to apply to vacancies
Schedule interviews with candidates
Use the notes function to have any team members who are not going in person to share their thoughts with you prior to a face-to-face interview
Use the pre-screening questions function to set the stage for interviews and save time for face-to-face conversation topics
