Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective English language, literature, and moral education lessons to students in middle school and high school.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the school's standards and objectives for both English and moral education.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to meet the diverse needs of students in both subjects.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their learning in both English and moral education.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active participation and collaboration in both subjects.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning community.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices in both English and moral education and stay updated with educational trends.
- Fulfill administrative duties, including grading, record-keeping, and attending staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education or Educational Diploma with a specialization in English.
- Teaching diploma or certification from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in English (IELTS 7 or equivalent).
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English at the middle school and/or high school level.
- Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with the ability to effectively convey them to students.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and frameworks (e.g., American curriculum).
- Experience or training in teaching moral education is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students in both English and moral education.
