We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Learning Specialist to join our team at VIS. As a Learning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the diverse learning needs of our students and fostering their social and academic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize expertise in understanding students' learning needs to provide targeted support and interventions.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop personalized learning plans for students.
- Design and implement instructional strategies to promote academic success and social-emotional development.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students in areas such as literacy, numeracy, executive functioning, and social skills.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform instructional decision-making and track student progress.
- Facilitate workshops and professional development sessions for teachers on best practices for supporting diverse learners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of students' learning needs and evidence-based interventions.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged students is preferred.
- Certification in Special Education or related fields is desirable.

Fully-furnished school apartment buildings located 3km from the school. School bus provides transportation between home, school, and shopping.
Most flats are two or more bedrooms.

Round trip each year for faculty member and one dependent to home of record.

Moving Allowance

Shipping allowance = $1,500 for singles, $2,500 for couples.

Settling-in allowance = $1,000 for singles and $1,500 for couples upon arrival in Qatar
