We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Curriculum Coordinator to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective implementation and development of the American curriculum. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of curriculum management, coordination, and improvement.

Job Description:
- Collaborate with academic teams to design, review, and enhance the curriculum.
- Stay updated on educational trends, assessment methodologies, and curriculum frameworks to ensure alignment with NGSS & CCSS .
- Monitor the implementation of the curriculum across all grade levels, ensuring adherence to SAIS guidelines and best practices.
- Work closely with teachers to provide support, resources, and guidance for effective curriculum delivery.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of assessment strategies aligned with International assessment standards.
- Organize and facilitate professional development sessions for teachers to enhance their understanding of the Common Core/NGSS Curriculum and improve instructional practices.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of curriculum materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive records of curriculum documents, changes, and implementation progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience working as a Curriculum Coordinator.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and coordination, preferably within the American curriculum context.
