Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) is designed to suit emerging leaders, those aspiring to be a manager, and recently promoted team leaders or supervisors. The qualification is intended to provide you with comprehensive skills and competencies needed to manage yourself, your team and business area. Undergoing the program will give you the tools to effectively lead and communicate with your team, manage business operations management and to develop personal effectiveness.
How is the BSB40520 – Certificate IV in Leadership and Management delivered?
The Certificate IV in Leadership and Management is delivered face to face over five modules (12 units of competency) at our Osborne Park Training facility or self-paced. The modules are spread over a minimum of six months to embed the application of learning in the workplace.
