With around 1,100 teaching, educational support, administrative and operations staff across both campuses, we have developed a shared commitment to care and wellbeing that underpins interactions on campus and guides how we work together to support our community.

Currently, the majority of teachers are from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States, while the majority of administrative and support staff are Singaporean. All teachers and many leaders, support and administrative staff participate in the Activities and Service programmes; many are also involved in the trips and expeditions organised through the Outdoor Education programme each year.

Our focus on professional development and the value we place upon it means that the scope for professional learning is extensive for both teachers and for other professionals who join our community.
