At the British School Manila (BSM), we believe that a great school starts with great teachers. 

Founded in 1976, our not-for-profit, co-educational school has grown into a vibrant community of over 960 students aged 3 to 18, representing more than 55 nationalities. Our passionate, talented, and caring educators empower our students who sit at the heart of this community.  Our teaching corps average seven years at BSM, bringing both stability and depth of experience to every classroom.

Our Curriculum

BSM is proudly a CIS/WASC and IBDP accredited and we offer an adapted form of the National Curriculum of England in Early Years and Primary, followed by (I)GCSEs in Years 10–11 and the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12 and 13. Our wide co-curricular programme includes over 200 after-school activities, sports, arts, and service learning opportunities that make BSM a lively and rewarding place to teach.
