The school will provide benefits (tuition, flights, and insurance) for one dependent per teaching contract.

Recent feedback from teachers indicates that the savings potential can be above 50% of your annual salary with a comfortable quality of life and modest travel.
Taxes
Kuwait does not have income or sales tax. Your gross salary and your net salary are the same.
Flights/Transport
The school provides round trip annual airfare for teachers between Kuwait and their home of record at the time of their hiring.
Accommodation
The school provides housing to foreign hired teachers. Families will be provided a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, spacious apartment. Single teachers are provided a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
The housing area includes a spacious and private courtyard with a gym, swimming pool, play room, and recreational room available to all teachers.
Medical
Private insurance is provided with world-wide coverage. There is limited benefits in the US and Canada covering only emergency medical needs.
