Sunway International School was established in 2008 and is supported by the Jeffrey Cheah Foundation. SIS offers the Canadian, Cambridge and IBDP curriculum. Our current enrolment is 1250 students with school capacity for 3000 students. Our staff of over 200 consists of both expat and local teachers. The expat teachers hail from around the world, with strong representation from Canada, the United Kingdom, South Africa, the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. We seek teachers that are open minded, innovated, caring and creative that are focused on student achievement and wellbeing. Our teachers are subject experts and are able to support students with diverse needs including English Language Learners and special education students.

Bonus
After the initial contract of one year. Staff are able to extend to 2 and 3 year contracts and to be eligible for 8.3% contract completion bonus. After the second complete year, staff receive their month salary plus 2 additional months salary. In addition, at the end of the 3 year contracts, staff receive 1 month additional month salary.
