At ISB we understand that the issues we are facing around diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) are far reaching, and as such, we are committed to taking a proactive approach to eliminating all forms of racism, discrimination, and/or bias.

The following definitions are informing our work:

Equity: A condition or state of fair, inclusive, and respectful treatment of all people. Equity does not mean treating people the same without regard for individual differences.

Inclusion: Thoughts, ideas & perspectives of all individuals matter.

The word Justice has been added to take an active anti-racism and anti-bias stance, and to show our commitment to social justice.
