ICS educates over 1,230 students, delivering robust academics and genuine spiritual discipleship as an everyday passion. Hong Kong families are eager to enroll their children at ICS. The school offers an American curriculum with 27 Advanced Placement courses available to our upperclassmen. All classes are taught in English. The average SAT score of the last several senior classes is approximately 1366. Approximately half of ICS graduates attend top 100 universities in the world.
Because the school’s mission is delivered through the classroom teachers, the school has created a strong salary and benefits package to attract and retain great classroom teachers. These include a generous salary, a housing allowance or on-campus apartment, a relocation allowance, full tuition remission for up to three dependent children, flight allowances, full family medical care, and annual bonuses.
The ICS campus includes two full-sized gymnasiums, an indoor eight-lane swimming pool, a tiered 500 seat theater, and well-equipped classrooms. The campus is located in Hong Kong, which is an ultra-safe city, with a gorgeous skyline, amazing hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and even our own Disney park. Approximately 70 percent of Hong Kong is nature preserve, so outdoor hiking and beaches are great attractions. The MTR (above ground train system) provides easy access to most of Hong Kong. An MTR station is just a block away from the ICS campus, providing exploration opportunities for Hong Kong’s rich cultural attractions.

Retirement
There are two retirement fund schemes:
1. Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme - required by law that the employee and employer will each contribute an amount equivalent to 5% of the monthly basic salary, up to HK$1,500 each per month.
2. Voluntary Contribution Scheme - after two years of full-time, continuous service at ICS, employees are able to opt for this retirement scheme. It serves as an alternative way to save your money while you can earn the vested benefits from contribution from ICS. As it is a voluntary scheme, you will get the accrued benefits (your own contributions & ICS’ on vested basis) when you leave ICS, so that you do not have to wait until the retirement age of 65.
