HJIS is a Preschool through Grade 12 co-educational international school established in 2003, located along the portside waterfront in Yokohama’s central coast. At HJIS, we offer a values-driven community experience influenced by the distinctive global and diverse culture of Yokohama.

Horizon Japan International School is an IB (International Baccalaureate) World School, authorized to offer the PYP, MYP and DP Programmes. At HJIS, we teach students to become more independent as they explore the world on their own and discover how to express themselves.
