At the heart of our school lies a clear and purposeful vision that shapes every aspect of our vibrant learning community. More than just words, our Mission, Motto, and Shared Values are the guiding compass that influence our culture, drive our decisions, and unite us in a common purpose. They reflect who we are, what we stand for, and the kind of learners and leaders we aspire to become. Whether in the classroom, on the sports field, or within the wider community, these guiding statements form the foundation for how we learn, lead, and grow—together, with intention and integrity.
Our School Mission
” We inspire and nurture a diverse learning community; uniquely Anglo. “
At Anglo, our mission is to inspire and nurture a diverse learning community. We strive to offer an unparalleled international school experience that combines our rigorous academics with high quality learning and a holistic approach to education. We firmly believe that with the right programme, instruction and support, all students can unleash their full potential and become the future leaders of our society. Additionally, we recognise the significance of making quality education accessible and affordable, and our ultimate aim is to become the premier international school not only in Bangkok but also throughout Thailand. This philosophy that guides us is what we refer to as “Uniquely Anglo.”
Our Shared Values
Diligence. Responsibility. Respect. Progress.
At Anglo, we have straightforward yet fundamental aims and values that underpin our every action, and shape the qualities we aim to instil in our students, regardless of their age or level, and regardless of which of our several Anglo international school campuses they attend.
We exercise diligence in all that we do. We are mindful in our purpose and actions and stay resilient in the face of setbacks.
We take responsibility for self and others. We value self-reflection and feedback and take actions for improvement. We are mindful of how our actions and words impact others.
We respect differences and recognize the diversity of the community. We respect the rights of every child to quality education.
We make progress towards achievements. We take gradual steps towards our goals and have clarity in what we hope to achieve.
Our School Motto
“Learn to think, think to learn.”
Our motto embodies the essential duality of modern education that we believe is often neglected in other programmes. In addition to teaching students the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies, we also prioritise the development of critical thinking abilities. We firmly believe that mastering critical thinking is the key to unlocking a student’s full potential in their lifelong journey of learning.

I have been a school-level user of Schrole for recruiting for the last three hiring cycles and have found the platform they provide to be intuitive and comprehensive. The user interface stands out from others in the market as a crisp interface with the right level of features included at the right places. For me, the top two features are the ability to create school-specific application questions for applicants, and the availability of a short and long form applicant documentation PDF. If you’re looking for a recruiting platform, I highly recommend considering Schrole.
