**Position Overview:**
The SEN Coordinator will serve as a vital member of our teaching staff, working closely with students who require additional support due to special educational needs. This position falls under the category of Teacher's Aide/Education Assistant and focuses on supporting high/secondary school students within the IB DP curriculum.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum qualification of an Advanced Diploma
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of special educational needs and best practices for supporting students with diverse learning requirements
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external specialists
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
- Proficiency in implementing strategies for differentiation and inclusion within the classroom setting
