CIA FIRST International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chinese Language Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing and implementing a robust Chinese language curriculum that engages and inspires students across all levels. The coordinator will design a curriculum that promotes language proficiency, cultural understanding, and a love for learning Mandarin.

In addition to curriculum development, the Chinese Language Coordinator will organize and lead an exciting extracurricular Chinese language program during afternoons and weekends. This program will offer students the opportunity to immerse themselves in the language and culture through interactive and practical experiences, supporting them in gaining real-world language skills.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, well-versed in Chinese language pedagogy, and eager to foster a deeper appreciation for Chinese culture within our school community. Accommodation

CIA FIRST International School provides assistance to teachers moving to Cambodia through a local real estate agent. Accommodation in Phnom Penh can range from $200 - $600 per month depending on location and utilities.

Cambodian Business Visa: 100% of the visa costs over the school year reimbursed
Cambodian Work Permit: 100% of the Work Permit costs covered
International Health Insurance covered for all staff
2 Personal Leave days per school year.

All Cambodian National Holidays

Moving Allowance

CIA FIRST International School will provide you with up to $1,000 once-off relocation allowance (depending on location) if the travel documents from your location to Phnom Penh are presented.

Dependent Opportunities

Beginning of employment: free registration and 50% on tuition fee until 2nd year. From 3rd year on 75% on tuition fee

Medical

International Health Insurance for all staff (up to $100,000 per year inpatient treatment. $300 Outpatient treatment). Ability to add dependents to the insurance.

CIA FIRST International School has a group insurance that teachers can opt onto. The insurance is provided by MSH China. Covers up to $750,000 USD per year

Other

Each full-time employee who is not under probation receives a gratification of $50USD in case of marriage.
In case of the passing of a family member of 1st degree (mother, father, sibling, child) the employee receives a condolence gift of 50 USD.
