Selection criteria vary by school and country, however mandatory requirements include:
- Minimum bachelor degree level teaching qualifications
- Able to provide three recent references (to be completed via the Schrole Connect platform)
- Willing to commit to a background check and satisfy child protection screening requirements
Additionally, you must be:
- Enthusiastic about working in a multi-cultural environment with other highly qualified and western pedagogically trained educators
- An innovative, resourceful, and enthusiastic teacher and leader
- Able to demonstrate commitment to personal growth, education, and welfare of students
- Able to demonstrate inter-personal and problem-solving skills, and effective communication and conflict resolution skills in dealing with students, parents, and staff
- Demonstrated familiarity with a variety of teaching and learning strategies to meet students' needs and course objectives
- Proficient and experienced in ICT and the Microsoft Office Suite
