The following qualities are essential:
- IB English Language and Literature experience (MYP Language and Literature and/or DP Language and Literature and/or DP Literature)
- Ability and willingness to teach MYP as well as DP students
- Ability to plan collaboratively
- Stamina and good sense of humour
