Carry out education, teaching and child management in accordance with the mission, vision and core values of the school, the requirements of the school administration, the
guidelines and expected results of the courses taught, also the educational needs, abilities and learning potential of children.
根据学校的使命、愿景和核心价值观，根据学校管理的要求，开展教育、教学工作。达成所教授课程的预期结果，满足儿童的教育需求、提升英语学习能力。
Main Accountability主要岗位职责
1．Engage Professionally in Learning and with the Community Participate actively in professional learning and work collaboratively with colleagues to improve practice.

Actively participated in the teaching and research activities organized by the school, the department and the English group.
积极参与学校、学部和英文组组织的教研活动。
2．Course and Teaching Plan
课程和教学计划
Draw up the semester teaching plan in advance according to the course requirements and syllabus set by the division. Prepare courses in advance according to the teaching plan
of the semester, and submitted the teaching plan to coordinator or the head of the department according to the requirements of the department. He/she follows every lesson in the class schedule. He/she keeps up-to-date with information shared in relevant work groups and interacts professionally with group messages, group members and peers.
He/she completes all work and tasks according to the given deadlines.
根据学部制定的课程要求和教学大纲，提前制定本学期教学计划。根据教学计划提前备课，并按本学部要求向协调员或教学主任提交教学计划。遵守课程表上的每一节课。保持与相关工作组共享最新信息，并与其他教师进行专业互动。在规定的期限内完成所有工作和任务。
Share the teaching content of the day in the parent group every day, and provide video and audio resources for children to review at home; Provide parents with feedback on English lessons once every two weeks; Actively participate in the monthly and semester English assessment of children.
每日在家长群内分享当日的教学内容、提供幼儿在家复习的视频、音频等资源；每两周向家长提供一次英文课程反馈；积极参与幼儿的月度和学期英文成绩考核。
3．Child Management and Care
儿童管理及关怀
Love and care for children and communicate with children and provide them with necessary guidance, information and advice on education, teaching and social life.
Ensure the safety of children, including but not limited to class, on-duty and other educational activities. Pay attention to the children' behavior norms, understand the children' learning behavior performance, and timely correct the children' inappropriate language and behavior.
关爱儿童，与儿童沟通，在教育、教学和社会生活方面为儿童提供必要的指导、信息和建议。确保儿童的安全，包括但不限于上课、值班和其他教育活动。关注孩子的行为规范，了解孩子的学习行为表现，及时纠正孩子不恰当的语言和行为。
4．Learning Development 学习发展
He/she uses extraordinary materials that encourage early learning. He/she provide interactive opportunities to encourage children to take part. Keep a record of children' growth at school. Make comprehensive and perfect learning records, and update
and maintain them in time according to the progress and achievements of children.
使用材料来鼓励早期学习。提供互动机会、鼓励儿童参与。记录孩子在学校的成长情况。做好全面、完善的学习记录，并及时根据孩子的进步和成绩更新。
5．Relationship with relevant personnel and departments (parents, administrative support department, colleagues) 与相关人员和部门(家长、行政部门、同事)的关系
Handle all the problems and conflicts among the children at the first time, and communicated with the class teacher, the course director, the principal and parents if necessary.
第一时间处理孩子之间的所有问题和矛盾，必要时与班主任、教学主任、班主任、园长、家长进行沟通。

6．Others 其他
Attend school open days, including but not limited to organizing or supporting experience classes and interviews. Actively cooperate and complete other temporary tasks assigned by the school or principal.
参加学校开放日，包括但不限于组织或支持体验课程。积极配合并完成学校或园长安排的其他临时任务。
Minimum Typical Education
学历要求
Bachelor's degree or above, major in education is preferred
本科及以上学历，教育专业优先
Nationality Requirement
国籍要求
English as a first language;
英文第一语言者；

Typical Experience /Core Professional Competencies Required
经验要求和核心专业能力
Teaching experience and school homeroom teacher experience is preferred
Experience in teaching research and development of the curriculum reform is preferred
Experience in curriculum development of bilingual schools is preferred
有教学经验及全职英文教师工作经验者优先
有教学研究和课程改革开发经验者优先
有双语学校课程开发经验者优先

24000 - 35000 rmb depending on experience
