The Human Resources Director at International School Bangkok (ISB) will be responsible for leading the HR Department consisting of 5 people and overseeing all HR functions for both faculty and support staff. This includes recruitment, staff orientation, compensation and benefits, payroll, organizational development, performance evaluation, employee relations, and policy implementation. The HR Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership, faculty, and staff to ensure HR services are effective, compliant, and aligned with the school’s goals.
The number of days contracted for this position will differ from a general teaching expectation.
The start date for this role is July 1, 2025 or earlier depending on the successful candidate's availability.
