There are 80+ faculty members and approx 650 students in the HS. The HS administration team consists of a Principal, a Dean of Academics, a Dean of Students, an Athletics Director, a CAS Service Learning Coordinator, and a K-12 Arts and Activities Director. Other HS staff includes eight counselors (College Counselors and School Counselors) and a part-time school Psychologist.
Position Description:
ISB seeks a High School Science (Physics) teacher with skill and experience teaching IB Physics SL/HL and General Science at the High School level. The successful candidate is an excellent teacher, a team player, a positive collaborator, uses technology appropriately, is student-centered, and ignites students’ interest in Science through their passion and engaging and up-to-date pedagogy.
