Position Overview:
The IB Diploma Program (IBDP) and Grade 11-12 Program Coordinator is a member of the High School Educational Leadership Team and is responsible for the implementation, pedagogical leadership, quality assurance, and development of the IB Diploma, Advanced Placement (AP) Program and AISB Diploma Program in grades 11 and 12. The coordinator works closely with the MS/HS Director of Teaching and Learning, the High School Principal, the Innovation Diploma coordinator, counselors, and the CAS, EE, and TOK coordinators, providing pedagogical leadership, administrative support, and skills for the educational development of students and faculty, and promoting appropriate parent and community awareness. The coordinator reports to the High School Principal. The position includes a 20% teaching load.
