Introduction:

As an EYFS Teacher at our Al Maharat campus, you will play a key role in delivering the UK curriculum to young learners and fostering their holistic development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early years education
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ADEK approval or eligibility is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of all learners in EYFS.
- Plan, prepare, and assess students' progress in line with the UK curriculum and school policies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports both academic and personal growth.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices and contribute to school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and staff professional development.
