Introduction:

Musashino Higashi Gakuen is a private educational institution based in Tokyo Japan, founded in 1964. We will start offering an international curriculum that caters to students from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Our school provides a nurturing environment where students can develop their academic, social, and emotional skills.

Position: Elementary School Teacher

We are currently seeking an experienced Elementary School Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. The successful candidate will be responsible for aiding the Curriculum Coordinator in developing the new curriculum as well as delivering high-quality instruction to elementary/primary school students using the new curriculum once the school opens.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3 years teaching experience at the elementary/primary level
- Experience teaching using an international curriculum preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and administrators
- Demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs
- Knowledge of current best practices in pedagogy
