The Learning Support teacher plays a critical role in fostering an educational environment that emphasizes targeted intervention and remediation to help students overcome academic challenges. The teacher is responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing a comprehensive instructional and intervention program, using evidence-based strategies to address diverse learning needs and promote measurable academic growth. Success in this role requires relevant and current degrees and certifications in learning support or special education, with a demonstrated commitment to proactive, individualized student support in line with ISB’s philosophy.
