Currently, we are seeking for Economics or Business teacher, with below requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Study
• At least 3 years teaching experience; International curriculum (IB, Cambridge, Pearson) preferred
• Excellent classroom management & communication skills
• Due to the restriction from our Indonesian immigration policy, the candidate’s age should be below 52 years old.

Benefits
Taxes
The school covers Indonesian taxes for expatriate employees.
Accommodation
The Expatriate Employee will receive housing benefits in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Foundation.
The expatriate employee may select his/her housing location within the limits established by the applicable provisions of the Foundation.
Flights/Transport
The expatriate employee is entitled to airfare benefits for both their initial flight to Jakarta and their exit ticket upon completion of their last contract.
The Expatriate Employee who is continuing with another 2 (two) years Employment Agreement will be entitled to roundtrip airfare benefit.
Dependent Opportunities
The Foundation provides school fee deduction for the legal children of an Expatriate Employee who enroll in any location of IPEKA Christian Schools.
- Free registration fee, free Enrollment fee and free Tuition fee for the children of Expatriate employee teaching couples at IPEKA
- Free Registration fee, free Enrollment fee and 80% discount for Tuition fee for the children of all Expatriate Employee.
Medical
The Foundation provides outpatient health benefits and inpatient health insurance for the Expatriate Employee and his/her family. Expat children eligible for insurance coverage are limited to maximum 3 (three) children below 19 years old and must not be employed.
Expatriate Employee and his/her family gets reimbursement for outpatient treatment-related health expenses at certain amount stated at Expatriate Employee Policy.
Expatriate Employee and his/her family (husband/wife and legal children) are covered by inpatient health insurance
Other
The school completes all work permits and paperwork on behalf of the expatriate employee.
Expatriate Employee working days are Monday to Friday where the working hours
are specified in the Employment Agreement.
Holidays will follow the national holidays of the Republic of Indonesia and the provisions of the Academic Calendar.
The Expatriate employee are required to IPEKA wear uniforms in accordance with the provisions set by the Foundation.
