KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver Engaging Lessons – Plan and implement challenging, inspiring lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring every student excels.
• Support and Assess Student Progress – Use innovative teaching methods and regular assessments to guide student learning, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment – Establish a classroom culture where children feel encouraged to explore, take risks, and realise their full potential.
• Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Work closely with colleagues across the school, contributing to curriculum development and professional growth.
• Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Play an active role in BSA’s co-curricular programmes, including academic competitions, creative clubs, and sports.
• Engage with the School Community – Develop strong relationships with parents and students, ensuring every child is valued and supported.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for an outstanding educator who embodies our values of creativity, respect, responsibility, and pride. The ideal candidate will have:
✔ A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, EYTS, EYITT or equivalent)
✔ Expertise in UK EYFS education
✔ At least 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
✔ A record of student success in international education
✔ A passion for inquiry-based, child-centred learning
✔ Familiarity with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies
✔ A commitment to holistic education, fostering creativity, confidence, and responsibility
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international school context
