KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver Engaging Lessons – Plan and implement challenging, inspiring Business Studies lessons in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum (UK National Curriculum), ensuring all students excel.
• Support and Assess Student Progress – Employ innovative teaching methods and regular assessments to enhance student learning, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a Positive Learning Environment – Establish a classroom culture where students feel inspired to explore, take risks, and achieve their potential.
• Collaborate and Share Best Practices – Work closely with colleagues across the school, contributing to curriculum development and professional growth.
• Contribute Beyond the Classroom – Engage actively in BSA’s co-curricular programmes, from academic competitions to creative clubs and sports.
• Engage with the School Community – Build strong partnerships with students and parents, ensuring every child feels valued and supported.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for an outstanding educator who embodies our values of creativity, respect, responsibility, and pride. The ideal candidate will have:
✔ A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
✔ Expertise in Business Studies or a related field, with experience teaching KS4 (IGCSE) and A-Level
✔ At least 3 years’ experience in a UK or British-curriculum school
✔ A record of student success in international education
✔ A passion for inquiry-based, student-centred learning
✔ Proficiency with modern pedagogical approaches and assessment strategies
✔ A commitment to holistic education, promoting creativity, confidence, and responsibility
✔ Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in an international school context
