The International Scandinavian School of Madrid is seeking to appoint an inspiring and dedicated teacher of Mathematics. This a full-time position on a permanent local contract, starting in late August 2025. The school is a not-for-profit parent association with some 400 students across all age groups.
We seek to employ an outstanding Teacher to teach Mathematics A-levels and Mathematics IGCSE. This is a great opportunity for a colleague to join a vibrant and supportive community.
The ideal candidate should be:
- highly motivated and passionate scientist and an excellent classroom practitioner;
- enthusiastic, energetic and committed to supporting students of all abilities;
- able to exercise professional leadership to ensure high quality teaching skills;
- able to work within a close-knit, supportive team;
- in possession of good organisation and interpersonal skills
All applicants must:
- have a teaching qualification;
- A-level experience as well as recent experience from a UK school or an overseas school following the International Cambridge Secondary programme or British National Curriculum is desirable;
